No, our camping boxes don't require any modifications to your vehicle. They're completely portable and non-invasive – you can remove them at any time, and your vehicle remains in its original factory condition.
Do you ship products assembled or in parts for self-assembly?
Camping boxes are delivered ready to use – just put them in your car.

Can I install the camping box myself or do I need a specialist?
Yes, you can assemble the camping box yourself – the system is simple and intuitive. The furniture is assembled using the included transport straps, and the modules are screwed together using the included thumb screws. Our furniture consists of several lighter components that can be assembled one at a time, making transport and assembly easier, even for a single person.
How long does it take to assemble and disassemble the box?
Usually about 2–10 minutes, depending on the model.
Boxes type KombiVan just put it in the trunk and secure it with a transport belt.
VanBusadditionally requires connecting the boxes together and securing them with straps in two places.
Disassembly is just as quick – the box can be removed and stored when not needed.
How long does it take to install kitchen modules?
Depending on the model – from 2 to 12 minutes.
ModuleGUSTAV is attached to the side box of the VanBus camping box using a wing screw.
ModuleHUGO is attached both with a wing screw to the VanBus side box and with a transport belt, and additionally connects two cabinets with screws.
What materials are camping boxes made of?
We use high-quality plywood and metal components for production, ensuring durability and stability. We protect the wood with a specialized product based on natural waxes. All materials are resistant to intensive use and safe for skin contact.
What is the difference between campingbox BASIC and PREMIUM?
Set BASIC includes a camping box and a mattress.
Set PREMIUM includes a kitchen drawer and a water system located in the main box.
What are the dimensions of the camping box and total weight?
Dimensions and weight vary depending on the model. The average weight of a complete set is approximately 50–70 kg. Detailed specifications can be found in the product description.
What are the dimensions of the storage spaces?
Whenever possible, we strive to design storage spaces with standard dimensions. This allows them to accommodate popular containers such as 30x40 cm Euroboxes and standard 40x40 cm crates.
Can I order a box with an individual configuration or additional accessories?
Yes – we offer both modifications to existing designs and custom builds. These are subject to an additional fee and are priced individually. Please contact us by email to discuss the details and prepare a quote.
Can the box also be used outside the car, e.g. as a portable kitchen?
Yes – the camping box is mobile, so you can use it outside the car, for example, during a camping trip or picnic. It can also be used as an extra bed at home, for example, for guests.
Why do I need a mattress wider than a camping box?
The maximum width of a campervan depends on the available space between the wheel arches, while a car is often wider at bed height. If there's still space at bed height, it's worth choosing a slightly wider mattress to maximize space and cover gaps where small items could fall.
Use and practical issues
How to clean and maintain a camping box to make it last as long as possible?
Simply wipe the surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. We recommend storing the box in a dry place to avoid moisture.
Is the mattress waterproof and easy to wash?
The mattress's outer cover is made of high-quality upholstery fabric that absorbs little water, but is not fully waterproof. The cover can be removed and machine washed at up to 40°C. Dry vertically – do not tumble dry.
How to solve the issue of powering the stove?
The stove is gas and uses standard, widely available 400 ml cartridges.

How long does it take for an order to be processed?
The standard processing time for orders placed through our website is approximately 5 business days from the moment payment is credited to our account, plus delivery time depending on the recipient's location. Processing times may be longer depending on the current order volume – please check our website for the latest information.
Can I collect the camping box in person?
Yes – we offer the possibility of personal collection near Białystok (Poland) after prior arrangement.
Do you ship products internationally (e.g. Germany, Austria, other EU countries)?
Yes – we ship throughout the European Union.
How much does it cost to transport a camping box?
Shipping costs vary depending on the country and delivery method. The price is provided when placing the order.
What should I do if the product is damaged during transportation?
If your shipment arrives with visible damage, please complete a damage report immediately in the presence of the courier and, if possible, take photos of the damage. Please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will process your claim with the carrier and replace the damaged items.

Can I receive a VAT invoice?
Yes – we issue VAT invoices for companies registered in the EU. Individuals receive a receipt or OSS invoice.
