The BASIC version trades the built-in kitchen module for maximum luggage capacity. On a daily basis, it guarantees a huge transport space, and at the campsite, it instantly transforms into a comfortable dining area, mobile office, or a cozy, full-size bed.

When designing the VanBus line, we focused on a perfect fit with the vehicle's body. Thanks to our unique system of smoothly sliding side panels, you can expand the bed width by up to an additional 50 cm (up to 25 cm per side), completely eliminating empty spaces near the car walls. The interiors of the side seats were designed with flawless logistics in mind – their dimensions are perfectly tailored to standard Eurobox crates (containers to be purchased separately).

🛠 The VanBus BASIC Kit Includes:

Comfortable mattress: 3 mattresses with a thickness of 8 cm with removable covers for easy cleaning.

Bed extension system: 8 independently adjustable accessory elements that adjust the sleeping surface to the vehicle walls (it is possible to use the kit without the side panels).

Mobile table: A 360-degree rotating, foldable table leg with precise height adjustment.

Pull-out worktop: Additional workspace and utility surface sliding out from the rear part of the box.

Transport straps: A set of durable mounting straps designed for proper immobilization and securing of the entire construction during transport.

Leveling kit: Shims (15 mm height) allowing for perfect leveling of the box in case of protruding mounting elements or uneven car floors.

💡 Tip: If the protruding elements in your car are higher than 15 mm, please let us know in the order notes – in this case, we will include an additional, free set of shims.

📐 How to Choose the Size? Measuring Instructions

To select the optimal camping box size for your car, take three simple measurements in the trunk:

Floor length: Make sure you have at least 199 cm for the STANDARD version or 185 cm for the SHORT version of flat floor (measured from the closed trunk door to the front seats).

Width between wheel arches: Measure the narrowest point in the trunk (usually between the rear wheel arches) – based on this, choose the width of the main box (119 cm, 124 cm, or 134 cm).

Width at bed height: Measure the inner width of the car at a height of 39 cm from the floor. This is the maximum achievable bed width after expanding the side panels – based on this, choose the perfect mattress width.

⚠️ Important logistical and legal information Safety on the go: The camping box is not a permanent part of the car – in the light of the law, it is considered cargo. During transport, all elements of the construction MUST be absolutely secured against moving by using the transport straps included in the set, fastened to the factory tie-down hooks in the car floor.
